The illustration based, acrylic work integrates my affections for
contemporary design, portraiture and my personal curiosities.
Currently I am curious about human patterns. In an attempt to
understand myself and society better, I explore our patterns and
interactions. The types of patterns we have, where they came from,
how they affect others, how we can change them or what happens if we
don't. Through repetitive design elements, layers and dimension, my
work aims to present these questions and findings. - www.sfettingis.com
E. Trujillo Illustration
Eric is an award-winning illustrator and artist with a distinctive modern style. The look is fueled by the 50s and 60s swinging Culture of Cool when hipsters lived for killer threads, hi-fi sounds, and the fairer sex. “I follow an internal ambition to develop a completely different visual philosophy in design and composition. More so in the canvas pieces they are a manifestation of what I like- and most people gravitate toward it as well. – http://lestudioet.com/
Yoshi Saito Bronze
For two decades, Saito has cast his bronze sculptures using the venerable lost-wax technique—but he describes his process in far less reverential terms. According to Saito, casting involves pantomime, poetry, and lies: “Bronze reminds me of Marcel Marceau: quiet, yet expressive. It can mimic another object so well that without saying a word, it speaks a certain truth in its task.” Just as his analogy is beginning to conjure thoughts of mimes posing as Rodin’s The Thinker, Saito waxes poetic: “But at the same time, an object is transformed when it’s cast in bronze; it becomes something else entirely, often more true to the original than the original.– http://www.yoshitomosaito.com/

The way I see it...
In a world of monotony and blandness, this is the way I see it. These photos have been altered to emulate the way that I see the world in my own mind. I see potential for imagination, darkness, beauty and light in everything. These photos pull the story out of the objects in them. It is so important to take time to notice the little things and to understand their place in this world. At the same time we should bring the big picture into perspective.– http://www.thewayisee.com/

“Found Objects” I strive to seek out the implicit beauty of everyday, found objects. I want the world to be able to see things through my eyes, my lens. I hope that through viewing my work, you’ll look at the objects that you pass every day with a renewed interest and appreciation. – SEA Multimedia Studio, www.seamultimediastudio.com/
Carol Goldberg-Goldberg Oil Painting
I am attracted by the vagaries of light and by its stark absence thereof–by the vibrancy of color, texture and balance of mass. My paintings, based on realism, are abstracted by my personal point of view. To convey that point of view, I employ the brush, pallet knife and at times, the tip of my little finger. These comprise the language of my articulation. www.carolgoldberg-goldberg.com
Kathryn Dahstrom Metal
My studio “Purity by Metal” creates custom works such as versatile indoor and outdoor furniture, dramatic water features and powerful sculptures that accentuate any space with style and design. The studio works with both individuals and companies in need of creative solutions for custom metal fabrication. – Purity by Metal Studio, www.puritybymetal.com
